For the third year in a row, Voya employees came to the Americares warehouse in Stamford to pack and prepare emergency aid kits as a part of the company’s annual day of service. For the Voya team, it provided a direct link to the work they support through their corporate and employee giving. “It’s really about the collective ‘we’ and making a broader impact not only in the United States but to touch the far reaches of the world,” said Joe Miranda, Voya’s Chief Digital Officer. “Just knowing that each one of these individual kits that we touched is going to go to someone in need, it’s heartwarming.”
